Moka House Coffee

This cafe has two locations on Cook Street and Cadboro Bay Road, both featuring very different views, but both are conveniently located by the water. Moka House on Cook is situated in the lovely Cook Street Village, where you can enjoy people-watching and bustling street views from the patio. At the Cadboro Bay location, the fresh air coming from Gyro Beach makes sitting outside this cafe more than refreshing. After relaxing on the outside patio you can take a short walk down to the water at Gyro.

Fol Epi

This decadent cafe features a broad selection of drinks, bites, sandwiches, and fantastically decorated and delicious desserts. Enjoy Fol Epi’s minimal seating by the window and observe the pleasant views around Yates Street. You can also choose to sit in the outside seating area for some fresh air and pleasant views of downtown Victoria.

What’s better than a front-row seat by the ocean? Well, at Marina Dockside Eatery you can bask in the beautiful scenic views of the Oak Bay Marina on Beach Drive. Grab yourself a toasty sandwich, savoury scone, and a hot beverage, and sit outside on the quaint and peaceful patio.

Housed at the iconic Fairmont Empress is Q at The Empress. Now, this restaurant serves a standard array of menu items, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks, but also serves as a great spot for some light bites. If you’ve never been to the back area of the Parliament Buildings then you’ll love Good Earth Coffeehouse in Capital Park. This scenic cafe is housed inside a gorgeously designed building. Enjoy the outside seating area at Good Earth and take in the views of the historic Parliament Buildings. If it’s ever too cold outside, not to worry—there are floor-to-ceiling windows at this Good Earth location, so you can still enjoy all the views while staying nice and warm.
