New Q Restaurant Chef, Mark Classen unveiled his new fall menu brimming with savoury dishes that reflect the transition from warm summer days into cool, crisp temperatures. From colourful root veggies like roasted Jerusalem artichokes to locally foraged wild mountain huckleberries, chanterelles and spruce tips, it’s almost time to delve into the season’s best. Exceptional local ingredients, creativity, and care are all at the heart of Q Restaurant’s new fall menu, officially launching Monday, October 3, 2022.
