The pandemic has had a significant effect on Victoria’s culinary landscape. For Part and Parcel it led to re-imagining the way they do things and opening their doors as a full service restaurant as well as continuing to focus on what they do best: delicious and creative food, warm service, and a strong emphasis on their community.
The lunch menu at Part and Parcel includes the incredibly succulent and crispy Kamut Fried Chicken Sandwich and the genre defying Charred Broccoli Sandwich that amazes with its creativity and flavour combinations. They also offer fresh salads, and a Rice and Pickle Bowl with a myriad of add-ons to choose from, such as their juicy and salty slow roasted pork belly.
As day turns into night, Part and Parcel transforms into a fun dining room in which to try Chef’s latest creations alongside a carefully curated wine, beer, and cocktail list. Their constantly evolving Parisian Gnocchi is a customer favorite, while their Lamb Shoulder with grilled eggplant, carrot puree, dukah, and labneh packs amazing flavours.
Their wine list focuses on low intervention BC producers and often features interesting, hard to find wines in their “by the bottle” selection. Their BC-only craft beer list changes often and has something for every palate. They also have interesting cocktails such as their Tequila Cocktail with mezcal, kina rouge, and their house made hibiscus punch.
