Euphoria Bakery, Victoria’s first 100% sugar- and grain-free bakery is here to stay. The bakery’s products can be ordered online for delivery in Victoria on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The Tasting Victoria team has been tasting their different products and these are the treats we are sure you’ll love:

1. Chocolate Chip Cookie

You can’t really tell it has no sugar! Chocolate chip cookies are a classic, but these ones are special: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the perfect chocolate chip ratio. Sweetened with allulose, monk fruit extract, non-gmo erythritol, and stevia

2. Electric Cake Bites

You’ve heard of cake pops, but have you heard about cake bites? Pink vanilla cake, coated in white chocolate, with an electric candy and milk crumble. And yes, it’s sugar free, grain free and gluten free… but you would never guess it. These cake bites are super flavourful and very soft.

3. ‘Not So Vanilla’ Cupcake

Euphoria’s latest product: cupcakes. These cupcakes are not only beautiful, but also delicious! A very moist vanilla cake topped with a light and fluffy swiss meringue and cream cheese buttercream, and garnished with pink candy and milk crumble crips. So good!

4. Double Chocolate Cake Bites

Very similar to the electric cake bites, but chocolate! Dark chocolate cake coated in white chocolate and a crunchy chocolate and almond crumb. Sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol.

5. Blueberry Breakfast Cookie

A very filling cookie that’s crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. Sweetened with allulose, monk fruit extract, and non-gmo erythritol.
