The trees beginning to show their orange and yellow colours and the presence of a distinct nip in the air are signs that fall is here—and that Thanksgiving is fast approaching. The holiday to recognize what we are thankful for is often accompanied by friends and family, and good food. But if you don’t feel like cooking this year, there are other ways to get your turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie fix. Here are some Victoria restaurants offering Thanksgiving dinner either for dine-in or for you to heat up at home:
Q at the Fairmont Empress
Elevate your family’s celebrations by enjoying a multicourse Pacific Northwest-inspired Thanksgiving menu at Q at the Empress. This elegant dinner is available Oct. 9-11 and is $85/person plus taxes and gratuities.
The multi-course menu features starters of farro flax bread and butternut squash apple bisque. Choose from roasted free-run turkey, salmon, and spinach coulibiac, or artichoke and spinach coulibiac for mains. The evening finishes with a maple pecan tart for dessert.

The Courtney Room
Come together with your family and friends to enjoy a traditional family-style meal at the Courtney Room this Thanksgiving. The menu has a choice between roast turkey, natural beef striploin, or roast lamb. Sides and your choice of dessert also accompany the dinner.

Jones Bar-B-Que has put together a wonderful take-home Thanksgiving dinner perfect for a couple or a family of four.
The menu includes:
