Start with a carrot tart tatin layered with pea pesto and herb salad, followed by sablefish nestled in miso risotto with crispy leeks. For dessert, indulge in a silken tofu chocolate mousse with yuzu berry compote and a thyme-black pepper crumb.

Vegetarian options are available, and the à la carte menu will be offered as well.

For a sweet finish, opt for the classic tiramisu—layers of mascarpone mousse, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa.

Two brunch seatings are available, 10:30am or 12pm, or book a dinner reservation between 5pm and 9pm.
