The beloved eatery known for its delicious sandwiches and roast meats is opening a new location at Uptown Shopping Centre soon. An official date has yet to be announced, but the shop is aiming for the end of November this year, just in time for the holiday season.
The new location will have all the Roast favourites plus Sicilian style pan pizza. Popular menu items from Roast include the roast beef sandwich, the meatball sandwich, rotisserie chicken, and superfood salad boxes. In addition to their regular menu items, Roast frequently offers specials that highlight seasonal ingredients or unique meat preparations. These specials keep the menu exciting for regulars and first-time visitors. The emphasis on fresh, locally sourced meats and produce ensures that every bite is delicious.
Roast will be located in one of the Uptown kiosks—joining Puerto Vallarta Amigos, Hey Happy Coffee and Crust Bakery—making it a great spot for a quick bite.
The restaurant has also partnered with Darling Cake Co., a local baker who is going to start making all desserts for both Roast locations.
Roast Meat & Sandwich Shop opened its doors in 2013 inside the Victoria Public Market with the mission to craft exceptional food, and they have been working ever since to build a sustainable and resilient company that will be here for generations to come.
