Stillhead Distillery, a taste of spirits like no other

Stillhead Distillery has been producing internationally award-winning spirits since 2017. Their philosophy is to create world-class spirits highlighting and utilizing quality local ingredients wherever possible.

Their flagship Wild Blackberry Gin harks back to the traditional seasonal gin liqueurs of the English countryside; using locally picked wild Cowichan blackberries and a splash of Canadian honey. Not a liqueur by any means, and not overly sweet, this Wild Blackberry Gin is your versatile cocktail mixer, a bramble in a bottle, or simply enjoyed over ice. This spirit has been voted Best Flavoured Gin in Canada for two years running at the World Gin Awards in London, UK. For those looking for a more fruit-forward spirit without gin flavour notes, they also distill a Wild Blackberry Vodka. Both products are available in 375 and 750ml sizes.

If you prefer aged spirits over white spirits, Stillhead has you covered there as well. The distillery ages their rye, wheat, and corn whiskies in new American oak barrels for a minimum of three years, creating big and bold, full-bodied spirits. From there some of the barreled goodness is transferred into other barrels for a more intense, unique, and precise whisky finish. To date the distillery has finished whiskies using exotic and rare barrels from local Vancouver Island wineries, Kentucky bourbon distilleries, Ruby Port and Madeira wineries in Portugal, and even a Hungarian wine producer.

Creating spirits unlike anyone else in Canada, Stillhead whiskies are highly sought after and collected by collectors around the globe. Whiskies, dependent on release, are available in 375 and 750ml bottles as well as a cute tri-pack sampler box.
