šŸ˜‹ What is happening in Victoria's food scene this week?

80 of the best daily food specials in Victoria, Empressā€™ first female executive chef, Cera Korean Tapas reopens, Brasserie Lā€™Ecole finds a buyer, and more!

Good morning foodies,

Some of you may know our Instagram page has been down since last summer. While Tasting Victoria started on that platform in 2015, weā€™re incredibly proud of this newsletter we launched five years ago. Itā€™s become a go-to source for Victoriaā€™s food scene, with a clean format thatā€™s easy to read and navigate.

If you enjoy it, weā€™d love for you to share it with friends and family! Tell them to subscribe here. Many of our social media followers donā€™t know about the newsletter, and we hope theyā€™ll find it and love it as much as you do. As always, we welcome your feedback!

Today we are bringing you a list of the best daily food specials in Victoria, and weā€™ve sat down with the Empressā€™ new executive chef to chat about her journey, and her plans for the food at the iconic hotel. Make sure to check the eventā€™s section in todayā€™s edition to see whatā€™s coming up for St. Patrickā€™s Day this weekend.

Now letā€™s get to it.

Do you enjoy daily food specials? For example: Taco Tuesday, Wing Wednesday, Sunday roasts.
