The 12th annual Culinaire event: March 29, 2023, Victoria Conference Centre

Each year, Culinaire brings together the very best of the food and beverage industry, and this year is no exception. Guests are invited to attend an evening featuring the region’s best restaurants, specialty purveyors, and beverage makers. Throughout the event, guests can interact with chefs, restaurateurs, bartenders, brewers, winemakers, and discover all that the community has to offer. With a variety of options from cocktails, craft beer, wine, and cider, to fresh seafood, farm-to-table and globally-inspired cuisine, desserts, and much more, there is sure to be something for everyone’s taste buds.

Culinaire is proud to support non-profit organizations such as the Chef’s Table Society of BC, Camosun College, and Vancouver Island University. To date, Culinaire has given out more than 20 bursaries and scholarships.  

Food and beverage presenters are excited to share their creations to a captive audience who share the same passion for exceptional food and beverage. There will be familiar faces along with brand new presenters who are stoked to set the bar even higher for this year’s event. The exciting line-up includes recurring favourites like House of Boateng, Clive’s Classic Lounge, Dumpling Drop, and the Bard & Banker, alongside new presenters such as Part and Parcel, Junction Cidery, 49 Below Ice Cream, and Stillhead Distillery.
