Tickets now on sale for the 12th annual Culinaire event

About the event

Culinare is an exciting event where locals and visitors alike can enjoy all sorts of flavours, cuisines and drinks from across the Island. This annual exciting event in Victoria is happening on March 29th, 2023 at the Victoria Conference Centre. Culinaire comprises over 60 of the Island’s best restaurants and beverage makers. During the event, guests have the opportunity to sample food bites, treats and drinks, all while having the chance to interact in person with brewers, restaurateurs, bartenders, winemakers, chefs and local business owners. Culinaire offers an interpersonal experience combining food culture and cuisine and personal interactions with the minds and creatives behind the food and drink business. Tickets

When purchasing tickets, guests can choose from one of the two-time slots for the event.

For the general admission ticket at $75 (plus gst) you will receive 10 tasting tickets that can be used for both food and beverage sampling. The two event times for the general admission are 5:00pm – 7:15pm and 8:00pm – 10:15. The VIP tickets are priced at $135 (plus gst), this ticket provides an exclusive experience, including a 45-minute event before the tasting event, which includes speakers and special guests, such as chefs, and bartenders. VIP guests will also receive a 15 minute early access to the main event, ahead of the general admission ticket holders. All VIP guests will receive 20 tasting tickets for both food and drink samples. The two-time slots for VIP guests are 4:00pm – 7:15pm and 7:00pm – 10:15. Additional tastings tickets are available at a cost of $1.50 per item.

More information

Culinare supports both students and workers in the hospitality industry, and partial proceeds from the event go towards scholarship awards that are given to local culinary schools. Partial proceeds also go towards funding for the Chefs Table Society of BC.
