Victoria restaurant launches membership program featuring discounts, freebies, and other perks

Restaurant memberships and subscription services have become increasingly popular as restaurants look for ways to offer exclusive experiences and foster customer loyalty. These programs often provide special perks like discounts, early access to events, or members-only dishes, making them attractive to both businesses and customers. 

Fathom, a Victoria restaurant located in the Hotel Grand Pacific launched their VIP Gold annual membership this year, offering exclusive benefits and privileges to customers. “The restaurant hosts a lot of special ticketed dinner events and there is a group of guests that attend every event” Becca Penner, marketing manager at the Hotel Grand Pacific told Tasting Victoria. Because of this, they were inspired to create a community for these special guests who have supported the restaurant since the beginning. The program is geared toward the local foodie community in hopes of creating their own Fathom foodie community.

When VIP members sign up, they will receive digital passes in their Apple or Google wallets; these passes will be scanned by the team at the restaurant.
