It’s National Nursing Week this week (May 11th – May 17th), and our community is very grateful to all those who risk themselves to help others.
Nurses Week is an annual celebration of all that nurses around the world do for their communities. It’s our time to recognize and appreciate the nurses we know or work with every day.
For the past weeks, a lot of health workers haven’t had the option to #stayhome. Health care workers have been the heroes of the coronavirus pandemic, putting themselves on the front line and risking their lives to treat those stricken with COVID-19.
Local restaurants and food businesses are offering special healthcare discounts as appreciation and we are happy to share these offers with you! Please be advised that the majority of them ask for a medical ID and most of the discounts are only available when doing take-out.
