Savour Sidney is a 22-day culinary celebration that invites Sidney residents and Victoria locals to experience the best of the town’s vibrant food and drink scene. From cozy cafés and artisanal bakeries to gourmet restaurants and craft breweries, this event showcases the diverse flavours that make Sidney a must-visit dining destination.

Whether you’re craving fresh seafood, farm-to-table creations, or decadent desserts, Savour Sidney offers exclusive menus, special promotions, and unique culinary experiences designed to highlight the talent and creativity of local chefs and producers.

Here are five menus and offers we recommend trying out this year.

Atelier offers a thoughtfully curated $65 three-course menu for Savour Sidney. The experience begins with a choice between a prawn and mussels dish, a butternut squash veloute with wild mushrooms, parsnip crisp, and truffle oil, and for an additional $5 guests can choose a beef tartare.

For the main course, diners have options that showcase both land and sea. The seabass accompanied with Swiss chard, zucchini, and sauce meunière; duck leg with white bean puree, glazed carrots, and orange gel; or for an additional $10, guests can select a beef fillet that comes with beets, beet puree, confit potato, and smoked bone marrow sauce.

Dessert options include the chocolate delice with caramelized white chocolate, almonds, and whipped cream cheese and the brown sugar tart: coffee mousse, cranberry gel, and crumble.

Sidney Scones offers a breakfast “sconewich” and drink combo for $12. Sconewich options to choose from include: sausage and asiago, everything bacon and cream cheese, or a vegetarian option. Choose a 12-ounce hot or cold drink, including the choice of bubble tea.
