Six Mile Pub + Eatery (View Royal/ Colwood)

Established in 1855, Six Mile Pub + Eatery is the oldest pub in BC. With its rich history and amazing food, the Six Mile Pub is a longtime favourite in the View Royal/Colwood area. Visit Six Mile Pub’s spacious and beautiful vine-covered patio, and enjoy locally sourced food and an extensive beer list. Opened in 2020, this is Table Nineteen’s first location outside of their flagship restaurant in Whistler. Focused on good food, great drinks, and an eye-pleasing interior and exterior design—Table Nineteen is the go-to spot this patio season. Table Nineteen’s menu features casual plates, appetizers to share, a kids’ menu, and family takeout specials.

Bin 4 Burger Lounge (Langford)

Langford’s newest restaurant, The Rack West Coast Bistro, is quickly emerging as a local favourite. Take in the warmer weather with the laid-back West Coast vibes at the Rack.

Darcy’s Pub Westshore (Langford)

Darcy’s Pub is a Westshore staple. Head down to their patio to grab a cold drink and classic pub favourites such as wings, burgers, and chicken waffles. Darcy’s Pub Westshore has an awesome daily happy hour from 3pm to 6pm, with draft sleeves, house highballs, and 6oz glasses of house wine, all for $4.50 per drink.

Wild Mountain (Sooke)

Their menu changes to reflect seasonal local and organic ingredients. By working with local suppliers and vendors, Wild Mountain prepares tasty sustainable meals that can be enjoyed on their patio or taken to go. Wild Mountain’s patio is dog-friendly, and they recommend bringing blankets because of the ocean breeze.

West Coast Grill (Sooke)

Enjoy the Island spring at the West Coast Grill in Sooke. With its oceanfront patio and beachy decor, the West Coast Grill is a must-visit this patio season. 17 Mile House Pub (Sooke)

On your way to Sooke, visit the 17 Mile House Pub’s patio for pub bites, drinks, and a little bit of rustic charm. The 127-year-old building has had an interesting history: before becoming a pub in the early 1900s, it served as an inn, a school, and a venue for religious services. Today, 17 Mile House Pub is a local favourite for live music, excellent food, and the best-poured Guinness.
