Victoria’s hottest new seafood restaurant is a one-stop shop for oysters

Following the opening of its official storefront in August, Shuck Taylor’s is establishing itself as a fixture in Victoria’s seafood scene with its refined take on classic dishes. Freshness is the top priority for this shellfish-forward restaurant that puts an emphasis on seafood in its purest form.

From octopus ceviche served with caviar to possibly the bougiest lobster sandwich we have ever seen, check out Tasting Victoria's feature on Shuck Taylor's.
