Vessel Liquor: Shop in store or from home

Since opening the doors in December 2015, Vessel has become Victoria’s hub for all things wine, beer, spirits, and cider. The locally-owned, independent company was built around supporting authentic products and producers, and their dedication to the culture has been awarded Best Liquor Store in Victoria four times. Even if you haven’t been inside a Vessel Liquor store, you’ve probably come across the team at the numerous pop-ups they do across the South Island every year.

In 2022, Vessel expanded its footprint, allowing for hundreds more listings, with comfortable space to explore them all, and knowledgeable staff to guide you to what you need. All of Vessel’s team are enrolled in Wine & Spirits Education (WSES) Trust L1 and L2, with advanced staff provided additional training in their area of interest.

In addition to their ground floor store, Vessel also has the custom-built Cru’s Nest Classroom upstairs, home to countless classes, both amateur and professional, held throughout the year.

Big news for 2023 is the launch of their new website and online store.

The e-commerce site offers the same extensive selection of wine, spirits, and beer available in-store, at competitive prices. With just a few clicks, customers can order their favourite drinks available for pick-up or delivered right to their doorstep. Along with catering to the local market, the new site also allows customers from across BC to shop Vessel from home. It’s just the latest, natural step to extend the local reach beyond Victoria to all of British Columbia.
