WinterLURE – Exclusive Dining Domes

Victoria’s favourite foodie festival, Dine Around and Stay in Town Victoria, returns January 26 through February 11, 2024!

Get ready to cozy up under the stars! WinterLURE is back and bringing a fresh and exciting twist to your dining experience. Chef Curtis promises you and your friends a tasty, fun, and unique adventure. 

The privacy of the dining domes makes for an ideal setting for romantic dinners, special celebrations, and intimate gatherings with friends and family. Every dome is equipped with a bluetooth speaker so you can connect and listen to your own playlist.

This immersive dining experience takes diners on a culinary journey with a diverse seven-course menu. The overall concept of transforming simple ingredients into complex flavours and elevating the dining experience is sure to leave a lasting impression and a wonderful way to enjoy the winter season.

Each course is thoughtfully prepared and perfectly portioned to leave you satisfied with a tiny bit of room for dessert!

Chef Curtis and his team proudly incorporate local ingredients, such as Sooke Kelp, Lois Lake trout, and Tofino Coho, adding freshness to the dishes.

Chef Curtis’ seven-course menu:

Ling Cod Miso Broth, Sooke Kelp and Lois Lake Trout Belly:  A warming and flavorful start to the meal, setting the tone for the culinary adventure.

Lemon Garlic Whipped Ricotta:  A light and tangy dish, perfect for sharing and stimulating the palate.

Tuna Crudo:  A refreshing dish featuring Ahi Tuna

Tofino Coho:  The first of the entrees prepared to highlight the natural flavours of the salmon

Prawns & N’Duja Butter Pasta:  A rich and indulgent pasta dish, combining the flavors of prawns with the spicy kick of N'Duja butter.

Steak & Potatoes:  A classic combination elevated by Chef Curtis

Apple Tart with Candied Pecans, Caramel Sauce, Buttermilk Ice Cream:  A sweet and satisfying conclusion to the meal!
